- Returned products must be unopened, in their original condition, and packaging.
- To request a return or exchange, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order ID, and we will assist you with the return process. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.

- Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they have been dispatched.
Refund Policy
- For delivered products: The refund will exclude shipping and pickup fees unless the item is faulty or defective.
- For undelivered orders: A full refund will be issued if canceled before shipping.
- Refunds for online payments will be processed through the original payment method only.

- Accessory Lovers does not provide services or ship to any countries under OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions in compliance with UAE laws.
- Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s statement.
